As an avid art lover who has wandered through countless museums, galleries, art markets, and auction houses across Asia, Europe, and North America, I have come to treasure not only the masterpieces but also those rare, serendipitous encounters with unfamiliar works that spark a sudden sense of wonder.
 
The beginning of this collection is rooted in my own longing to return to childhood innocence and intuition. I deliberately stopped creating art for two years, stepping away from formulas, traditions, and methods in order to rediscover my lost, pure self. In the untrained yet luminous creations of children, I recognized what I was seeking: the courage to create without boundaries, the honesty of expression untouched by convention, and the intuition that precedes judgment.
 
The works of these young artists fascinate me because they remind me of the essence of why art matters. Their fearless imagination and untamed creativity inspire me to think differently, to embrace serendipity, and to remember that art, at its heart, is about being human before being trained. Coolkids Collection is my attempt to preserve and learn from these moments of wonder, building a living archive that, I hope, will one day take the form of a museum—a space where we can all return to that childlike state of curiosity and rediscover the beauty of creating freely.
